Forest Bathing is a Japanese practice that is a process of relaxation known as shinrin yoku. The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help both adults and children de-stress and boost health and well-being naturally.

Bring a pen/pencil and notebook for journaling.

We’ll meet at the playground at the corner of Forbes and S. Braddock a few minutes before 9am. There is parking all along Braddock Ave and also a lot at S. Braddock and Biddle. The forest bathing session will be followed by breakfast at a local restaurant within walking distance of the park!

A $5 love offering will be gratefully accepted.

UNITY PRINCIPLES

God is the source and creator of all; there is no other enduring power. God is good and present everywhere.

We are spiritual beings created in God's image. The spirit of God lives within each person; therefore all people are inherently good.

We create our life experiences through our way of thinking.

Through prayer and meditation, we increase our conscious contact with God, bringing forth love, wisdom, health, prosperity, and everything good.

Knowledge of these spiritual principles is not enough; we must live them!
