Tuning In to Prayer
Prayer is a cornerstone of our spiritual practice, yet it can be an abstract concept, at times difficult to grasp. What is prayer? Where does it come from? Where can I find it? We practice prayer together through words and silent meditation, but how do we access prayer amidst the tumult of our day-to-day lives? Prayer can take many other forms: movement, music, and more. Together we can learn how to find it at any time: prayer is all around us, we only need to tune in. Music by Lucy Clabby and Bryce Rabideau.

Lucy Clabby is a singer, songwriter, and teacher who performs and tours with her band, Buffalo Rose. She has been leading music at Unity services since 2018.
She offers private lessons and group workshops in voice, songwriting,
and harmony arrangement. She believes that every voice is beautiful
and that singing has a significant positive impact on the universe.
