You're Invited: Sacred Sounds Healing Meditation

unityofpittsburgh

Unity Center of Pittsburgh Invites you to attend a special Saturday event with Leza Vivio.

The Sacred Sounds Healing Meditation happens on Saturday, October 21 from 1-3pm.

The suggested donation is $20 per person. Please use the button below to register online.

Vibrational Sound Healing utilizes the power of vibrations and tones to induce an immediate relaxed state, which is the foundation of healing. It is known that sound waves have a range of therapeutic effects on the mind, body, and spirit. This type of energy medicine creates a sacred space where a wide variety of benefits can be accessed.

The use of sound in meditation is an effective way to entrain the brain to move into deep meditative and peaceful states, giving a clarity of mind and intuition. The benefits of our participants are truly amazing, ranging from relief from body pain and migraine headaches to the alteration of states of consciousness. Each experience is offered with healing intention and is intuitively created to be a truly releasing experience... allowing the old, stagnant, and unhelpful energies to be cleared away and transformed to new, strong, and harmonic energies.

Leza Vivio is a Practical Mystic and the owner of Sacred Center You. She is the co-founder of Sacred Soul Mystery School of Divine Wisdom, a certified vibrational sound healer and has performed sound healing ceremonies from salt caves to sacred sites. Leza offers an amazing fusion of reiki, sound healing, and hypno-meditation. Expect this experience to be unique, organic and wholesome.

UNITY PRINCIPLES

God is the source and creator of all; there is no other enduring power. God is good and present everywhere.

We are spiritual beings created in God's image. The spirit of God lives within each person; therefore all people are inherently good.

We create our life experiences through our way of thinking.

Through prayer and meditation, we increase our conscious contact with God, bringing forth love, wisdom, health, prosperity, and everything good.

Knowledge of these spiritual principles is not enough; we must live them!
